Exports and Sharing

Once you’ve run a plan you’re happy with, RetireRange can package it up to keep, print, or hand to someone else — including your financial advisor.

What you can export

  • PDF — a full report of your results, including charts and your AI summary (if you’ve generated one). The natural format to print or email.
  • Spreadsheet — your results as data (spreadsheet and CSV), so you can do your own analysis or keep records. The CSV includes a short disclaimer line in its header, so if you share the file the modeling-and-assumptions framing travels with the numbers.
  • Presentation slides — a slide deck of key results and the AI summary, handy for walking someone else through your plan.

The AI summary, when present, is woven into the PDF and slide exports so the numbers come with a plain-language read.

Sharing by email

  • Email your AI summary — send the plain-language write-up of a scenario to yourself straight from the Results tab.
  • Optimizer results by email — because a big optimization can run for a while, you can let it run in the background and have the results emailed to you when it finishes, with a link to open them.

A note on sharing with your advisor

Exports are a great way to make an advisor conversation productive — you arrive with the scenarios, the trade-offs, and the questions already in hand. Pair an export with the model’s methodology so your advisor can see exactly how the numbers were produced. (Just remember the results are modeled projections for discussion, not advice — see Limitations.)
